Happy Halloween!!!!

Well I didn't quite make it out to get our little suprize baby a halloween costume, but he sure does make a cute pumpkin! (his jaundice adds to the effect). Hally is a scary witch and she can do some crazy things with her broom stick. Baby Cohen is doing great and is such a blessing.

3 weeks left and counting!

Well as you can see I am really pregnant. Working in the NBICU makes you really apprecitate how far along 37 weeks really is!

This weekend Halle and I had pictures taken together to capture the great moment. Halle knows the baby is coming after Halloween and her favorite thing to do is to talk about how she is going to feed the new baby bottles. She is practicing hard with her dolls. She is also into pottty training all of her stuffed animals...i will have to keep a close eye on her once this baby
comes, or he may end up on her little potty!

Newport Beach

Well I have to post some pictures and these are the most recent. We spent a week in newport this summer and had a blast. Halle loved the sand...but didn't take to the water too much (probably because her over-protective father only allowed her to put her big toe in the water). It is amazing how fast kids can get completely covered in sand from head to toe. We had a great beach house and a lot of family.

The hightlight of the trip was taking Halle to Sea World. I wasn't sure how much she liked it until we returned home. She continues to ask to go see Shamoo every other day. Seaworld also brought out the child in me and I was reminded of my life long dream to "swim with the dolphins" For those of you who know me well this dream was poorly satisfied. Well I guess I am glad summer is over because I have a nice furnace inside of me and I am ready for the cold. Bye Bye

I finally blogged...if that is a word

Hey everyone...well I gave into the pressure and finally blogged (please ignore the spelling). I must say that I was difficult to convince, and I don't always have much to say but hopefully this will be fun. Our camera bit the dust this summer so it may be some time before we get recent pictures, but at least you won't have to bother seeing me get bigger and bigger by the day (as I am 34 weeks prego with number 2....baby boy). I wouldn't count on Chad writting much...he is a little consumed with his myspace account. I think he still claims to be single if you would like to take a look.smile.

Anyways life is going good for our little clan. We love living in Farmington and have made great friends. No, we did not have season tickets to lagoon this summer, but I think we were the only ones on the block who didn't. I love how small Farmington is and I love all the oldtimers who try desperatly to keep it that way. I am proud to say that we did just get our 2nd gas station. I am still working in the NBICU part-time as a nurse and Chad works for a firm called Skordus, Castin and Hyde...helping out all the criminals. Smile.

Halle is so fun. Her number 1 hobby is singing...followed closely by begging for her pacifyer. She likes to sing any princess song in her very high sophrano voice twirling her arms in the air. She does not like me to sing a long and often corrects me on how the tune should go. She is very excited to have a baby coming, although when you ask her what is in my tummy, she says, "puppies." I must be bigger then I think.

Well that is our little blog for now. October is a great month and Chad has already requested to be a bounty hunter for Halloween. I hope everyone is enjoying the leaves. Bye Bye
